Description
This Hollywood Regency large gold glass top coffee table is truly a fabulous and unique piece of living room furniture with a fascinating history! It’s extra long and decorated with carved birds. This coffee table was owned by Phoenix area resident and national syndicated newspaper columnist Erma Bombeck. Erma wrote 12 books and appeared regularly on ABC’s Good Morning America.
Mrs. Bombeck gifted this coffee table to her housekeeper, who has cherished it for over 20 years. The time has come for her to let it go, so she decided because of her husband’s military service she would donate it to nonprofit Bridging AZ Furniture Bank. It can be seen at Got Legs in Central Scottsdale. Purchase of this very unusual table will help purchase new beds for US Veterans transitioning out of homelessness!
