It looks similar to the famous prints “Kula Hawaii” and “Garden in Maui” by Manor Shadian by Trademark, so it may also be a garden in Hawaii. The painting is signed by the artist. The painting hangs from picture wire on the back of the frame.

Condition: Good used condition. There is a little paint flaking where the two canvases are mounted together. (You can see it in the pictures.)
