This unique decorative dish is in the shape of a dove holding an olive branch, and it is stamped “Los Castillo Taxco, Plateado and Hecho en Mexico”. Los Castillo 331 is a Mexican metalwork studio whose works have been prized by collectors for decades. The dove dish is likely silver plated (although we were originally told that it was sterling silver), and it has three compartments. The olive branch in the dove’s beak has inset green stone leaves. It can be used as a serving dish or as a decorative trinket dish.
